Our Story
Jeff has worked in the construction industry his whole career in Western North Carolina. He was very fortunate starting out to work for a local contractor where he learned the value early on of integrity, quality and professionalism. Here, they did everything form start to finish on custom homes.
After that he worked for a larger construction firm that developed & built local communities where he learned more about production, volume and scheduling timelines. Some communities he was involved in were The Oaks, Carriage Park and Hawthorne Hills during his tenure.
Later he worked in project management for an upscale custom home builder on projects ranging from $1 – $3 million during his time. Here, he learned more about technology, design, the importance of keeping clients informed and educated during the construction process. These communities consist of – The Ramble, Sovereign Oaks, The Farm at Mills River and Kenmure Properties.
Jeff has held a NC General Contractors License since 1997, he has recently upgraded his license to unlimited for those larger projects but knows the importance regardless of size or cost.
He is excited about this new phase of his career, to share his experience, knowledge and dedication on your next project.
