From Consultation to Completion

We’ll meet or video conference with you to learn what your project needs and goals are. We’ll discuss your budget to see if they meet with your expectations. We’ll also discuss your timeline for your project.

We’ll make sure your preliminary home design ideas works with the location you have chosen, to be sure it’s a good fit before spending a lot of money.

We’ll provide an outlined scope of work to get your project moving forward and begin planning for the pre-construction phase.

We’ll assist you in choosing a layout, home plan or architectural professional along with a designer that understands your vision and maximizes comfort within your budget. We’ll establish who is the primary point of contact for your job and how involved you would like to be through the process. We’ll explain just how important the selection process is to the schedule.

We’ll review your plans & selections to insure everything is just right and functions in a way that best suits your needs.

After we have received all the necessary proposals back from our vendors and subcontractors. We’ll review all the budget information together, we want to be transparent in all our communications to insure your trust.

We’ll review your plan designs together onsite. This helps to visualize your projects footprint and elevations heights. To get a better understanding of what you should expect your home to look and feel like.

We’ll provide you with a construction contract including plans, budget and approved selections. Along with payment specifications for your project.

We’ll provide you with an outline on what to expect and keep you informed with weekly updates during all phases of your project. Onsite meetings with regular communications are key in keeping your job on track and to be successful.

We’ll go over every aspect of your new home to help formularize you on how everything operates and items homeowners should maintain.
